Acceptable Use Policy
Acceptable use rules covering authorized access, prohibited client industries, sanctioned activity, export controls, restricted parties, remote support abuse, infrastructure abuse, infrastructure responsibility, payment processor restrictions, and third-party provider policies.

Purpose
YellowStone River Digital LLC provides authorized IT consulting and digital services for legitimate client needs. Services must not be used to facilitate illegal, abusive, deceptive, harmful, sanctioned, regulated, restricted, or unauthorized activity.
Prohibited Activities
- Unsolicited technical support, scare-based support, fake virus alerts, deceptive remote access, high-pressure repair sales, or misleading diagnostics.
- Remote access to systems without clear client authorization and agreed scope.
- Spam infrastructure, phishing kits, credential collection systems, proxy abuse, traffic manipulation, bot activity, account creation abuse, scraping abuse, or platform evasion.
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, botnets, droppers, loaders, exploit deployment, or malicious code.
- Cryptocurrency mining, staking, token sales, crypto exchange, wallet, investment, or financial activity unless expressly reviewed and approved in writing and permitted by all applicable provider and payment processor rules. Default position: not supported.
- Money transmission, payment facilitation, escrow, stored value, gift cards, prepaid access, or handling funds for third parties.
- Gambling, adult entertainment, cannabis, regulated pharmaceuticals, weapons, fake IDs, counterfeit goods, illegal drugs, or other restricted/prohibited industries.
- Services for sanctioned persons, sanctioned entities, embargoed jurisdictions, restricted parties, or locations where IT consulting, IT support, cloud, software, infrastructure administration, or related services are prohibited.
- Work that would violate payment processor, hosting provider, cloud provider, domain registrar, software vendor, banking, sanctions, export control, or other third-party rules.
- Use of infrastructure administered, configured, migrated, documented, or supported by YellowStone River Digital LLC for spam, phishing, malware, proxy abuse, botnets, unlawful hosting, credential harvesting, platform evasion, abusive scraping, or similar activity.
- Requests designed to hide the true customer, beneficial owner, jurisdiction, intended use, source of funds, infrastructure user, or activity.
Authorized Scope Required
Clients must only request work on systems, accounts, services, data, or infrastructure they own, control, or are authorized to administer. YellowStone River Digital LLC may require proof of authorization before performing work.
Client Industry Restrictions
YellowStone River Digital LLC may refuse or terminate work for clients, projects, websites, applications, or infrastructure connected to restricted or prohibited industries, including money services businesses, payment facilitation, escrow, investment or crypto services, adult entertainment, gambling, cannabis, regulated pharmaceuticals, weapons, fake IDs, counterfeit goods, illegal drugs, unlawful content, or any business that creates unacceptable legal, payment, banking, provider, sanctions, export control, security, or abuse risk.
Remote Support Boundaries
Technical support is provided only after a client-initiated request and agreed scope. The company does not provide unsolicited technical support, scare-based support, fake virus alert remediation, high-pressure repair sales, deceptive diagnostics, or deceptive remote access. Any remote access must be client-authorized, limited to the agreed scope, and used only for legitimate troubleshooting or implementation.
Infrastructure Responsibility
YellowStone River Digital LLC does not sell, lease, resell, or provide VPS, server, cloud, proxy, or hosting infrastructure as a standalone service. The company provides consulting, setup, hardening, administration, troubleshooting, documentation, and support for infrastructure that the client owns, controls, or contracts directly with a third-party provider. For new infrastructure projects, clients are generally expected to contract directly with the infrastructure provider.
Third-Party Infrastructure Accounts
The client remains responsible for the lawful use, provider terms, billing relationship, content, data, backups, credentials, users, and activity associated with any third-party infrastructure account or service the client owns, controls, or contracts. YellowStone River Digital LLC may refuse to work on, administer, migrate, or support infrastructure when the company believes the infrastructure, client, content, traffic, application, or intended use creates unacceptable legal, provider, payment, banking, sanctions, export control, security, or abuse risk.
Infrastructure and Hosted Service Abuse
VPS, cloud, self-hosted, proxy, web, domain, and application services must not be used for abuse, unlawful content, platform manipulation, traffic manipulation, security control evasion, credential attacks, spam operations, botnet activity, malware, phishing, account abuse, scraping abuse, proxy abuse, crypto mining abuse, or similar prohibited activity.
Sanctions, Export Controls, and Restricted Parties
YellowStone River Digital LLC does not provide services to sanctioned persons, sanctioned entities, embargoed jurisdictions, restricted parties, or parties restricted under applicable U.S. government sanctions, export control, or restricted party lists, including lists administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the U.S. Department of Commerce, or other applicable authorities.
Restricted jurisdictions may include, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, as well as other jurisdictions, persons, entities, regions, sectors, or activities restricted by applicable U.S. government sanctions, export controls, provider rules, banking rules, or payment processor rules.
Restricted services may include, without limitation, certain IT, cloud-related, software, or infrastructure administration services to or involving Russia where prohibited by applicable U.S. government sanctions, export controls, provider rules, banking rules, or payment processor rules.
The company may review clients, counterparties, projects, jurisdictions, infrastructure, and intended use against applicable U.S. government sanctions, export control, and restricted party requirements, including OFAC sanctions lists and U.S. Department of Commerce restricted party lists.
The company does not provide IT consultancy, IT support, cloud-related services, infrastructure administration, software design, or related services where prohibited by U.S. sanctions, export controls, provider rules, banking rules, or payment processor rules.
YellowStone River Digital LLC may refuse, suspend, or terminate work when a sanctions, export control, restricted party, provider, banking, payment processor, legal, security, or abuse concern exists.
Clients must not attempt to use YellowStone River Digital LLC to evade sanctions, export controls, provider restrictions, payment processor restrictions, banking restrictions, geographic restrictions, identity verification, beneficial ownership review, or lawful compliance requirements.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their identity, authority, business, jurisdiction, infrastructure, intended use, and any other information reasonably needed to assess whether a project can be accepted or continued.
Provider and Payment Processor Rules
Clients must comply with the rules of hosting providers, cloud platforms, domain registrars, software vendors, payment processors, banks, and other third-party services involved in the work. YellowStone River Digital LLC may refuse or stop work that creates unreasonable compliance, abuse, payment, banking, security, sanctions, export control, or legal risk.

Enforcement
YellowStone River Digital LLC may refuse, suspend, or terminate services related to prohibited activity, missing authorization, unsafe instructions, unpaid invoices, provider policy violations, payment processor concerns, banking concerns, sanctions concerns, export control concerns, restricted party concerns, security risk, abuse risk, or legal risk. Relevant information may be preserved or shared when required to investigate abuse, comply with law, respond to providers, or protect systems and users.
